Casa Green – The Royal Residency, Surendranagar
In 2025, Smit Branding Private Limited, a real estate branding agency in Rajkot, created the launch branding for Casa Green – The Royal Residency, a 72-unit 4 BHK bungalow project by Ruhi Developers in Surendranagar. We designed the logo, brochure, hoarding and social media posts, and printed the brochure.

About Casa Green
Casa Green – The Royal Residency is a gated bungalow scheme in Surendranagar, developed by Ruhi Developers. All 72 units are 4 BHK bungalows.
The amenity list is long: a clubhouse with a gym, library and banquet hall, a swimming pool, a temple, an open-air theatre and 24×7 CCTV security. The project’s own line sums up the pitch: “Luxury Living, Brighter Lives.”
(the challenge)
Launching a Project Buyers Can't See Yet
Casa Green was a new launch. Ruhi Developers had the name and the site plan, but no identity: nothing to put on a hoarding, a brochure or an Instagram post.
Families buying a 4 BHK bungalow usually compare several projects before they book a site visit. The launch material had to make Casa Green look settled and credible before a single bungalow was complete.
(our approach)
A Logo Built Around One Column
We drew the logo around an Ionic column capital, a nod to “The Royal Residency” in the name. It’s a simple gold line drawing, so it holds up whether it’s foil-stamped on a brochure cover or cut in metal letters for a wall.
Deep green and gold became the palette. Every piece that followed uses the same two colours and a thin gold border, so a buyer who saw the hoarding would recognise the brochure.
(brochure)
A Brochure Made to Be Kept
The brochure is square, with a green cover, a gold border and the logo in gold. Inside, large renders carry most of the weight: the aerial site plan, the clubhouse at dusk and the bungalow lanes lined with palms. The two numbers buyers ask about first, 04 BHK and 72 units, get a spread of their own.
We printed it as well, so the green on paper matched the approved proofs.
(hoarding)
A Hoarding That Works in a Few Seconds
Drivers pass a hoarding quickly. The render and the logo take most of the board, with all 20 amenities shown as small icons and the three sales numbers along the bottom.
(social media & ads)
Posts and Ads in the Same Green Frame
The social media posts and print ads carry lines such as “Make Every Day an Epic Tale of Joy & Happiness” and “Booking Open – 04 BHK Premium Bungalow”. Each keeps the same green frame and logo lock-up, so the posts are recognisable in a feed.

(the result)
One Identity, Launch to Hoarding
Casa Green went to market in 2025 with one identity across every point where a buyer might meet it: the roadside hoarding, the printed brochure, the print ads and the Instagram feed.
Because every piece shares the same column mark, green and gold, new posts and ads can be added without the project starting to look like five different brands.

Questions About Real Estate Branding
1. What should a real estate project brochure include?
The unit type and count, a site plan or aerial view, the main amenities, the location and the sales contacts. For Casa Green, we gave “04 BHK” and “72 units” their own spread, because those are the first two questions a buyer asks, and let the renders show the amenities.
2. Can Smit Branding handle both design and printing for a real estate launch?
Yes. For Casa Green we designed the logo, brochure, hoarding and social posts, and printed the brochure ourselves. One team handling artwork and print keeps the colours consistent from screen to paper.
3. Do you work with developers outside Rajkot?
Yes. Casa Green is in Surendranagar, and we work with real estate developers across Gujarat from our office on Canal Road, Rajkot.
