Raj Electric Works – Exhibition Stall Panels & Print Branding, Gandhidham

About Raj Electric Works
Raj Electric Works, part of the Raj Group, repairs and services heavy electrical equipment from its factory in the GIDC estate, Gandhidham. Its work covers HT and LT motor rewinding and overhauling, hot and cold lifting electromagnets, generators, rectifiers and transformer overhauling, as well as marine jobs on vessels, tugs and barges.
It is also the authorised service centre for the Kutch region for RR Kabel, Havells and Usha, and it serves petrochemical, power, port, shipping and metal industries.

Standing Out at an Industrial Exhibition
Raj Electric Works was taking part in an exhibition and wanted to stand out among cable makers, switchgear brands and large manufacturers, many with bigger stands and better-known names.
The client already had its logo. What it needed was material that explained a technical, service-led business in seconds, and a kit visitors would take home.

A Stall That Answers Three Questions
We built the stall panels around the client’s red diamond mark, with a red header fascia over each open side so the name reads from across the hall. Each panel answers one question a visitor has:
- Can I trust them? ISO and IAF certifications, authorised service centre logos, 24×7 service and a QR code
- What do they do? About Us and Our Services, with photos of motors, electromagnets and transformers
- Do they work in my industry? Industries We Serve, one line per sector
A branded counter sits at the front, with a screen in the middle for the company’s work. We designed and printed all the stall panels.

A Business Profile That Carries the Stall's Look
The brochure takes the stall onto paper: a red-and-white cover with a hexagon grid of motors, transformers, electromagnets and marine work. Inside are a profile letter, the authorised service centre logos, and a spread on the company’s engineering and balancing facilities that lists its machinery, from lathes to a balancing machine.
We designed and printed it, so the red on paper matches the red on the stall.

A Kit Visitors Actually Use
Exhibition visitors collect a lot of paper, and most of it ends up in a bin. So the kit is made of things people keep:
- A printed carry bag listing every service, with the address and a QR code, so the brand travels out of the hall in the visitor's hand
- An Order / Estimate rough pad that puts the logo on every job estimate
- Business cards with the same red band and QR code

One Look, Stall to Take-Away
Raj Electric Works went into the exhibition with one consistent look across the stall, the brochure, the carry bags and the cards.
Every piece repeats the same red mark, services and contacts, so the stall and the take-away kit work as one, and the bags and pads keep the brand in use long after the show.

Questions About Exhibition Branding
1. What should an industrial exhibition stall include?
Proof first, then services, then industries. For Raj Electric Works, one panel carried its ISO and IAF certifications and authorised service centre logos, another listed services with photos, and a third named each industry served. A QR code and a branded counter make it easy for visitors to follow up.
2. Can Smit Branding design and print exhibition material for companies in Kutch?
Yes. Raj Electric Works is in Gandhidham, and we designed and printed its stall panels, brochure, carry bags, order pads and business cards from our Rajkot office.
3. Why print branded carry bags and rough pads for an exhibition?
Because they get used after the show. A bag carries the brand out of the hall, and an order pad puts the logo on every estimate the team writes.
